Learn How Simple Life Change Can Cure Anxiety.

Hi guys this is Amanda from the meadow on the world, and I am at home in California for a very short time.

I am here for about one week and very busy but I make time to film some videos, so today I will talk about how I cured my anxiety so I'm going to tell you a story today, and I  hope you like it. If you are interested in curing anxiety then keep watching.

When I was younger I'm gonna try not to age myself anymore. When I was younger I had a serious anxiety problem.

I would actually have panic attacks very often like it got to the point where I have panic attacks at least at least two times a week.

It was really bad and I was just living a really stressful lifestyle. I had a lot of stuff going on. I was doing school, I was doing work,I had a social life kind of.
I had a boyfriend that was crazy like everything. My life was just really insane.

I was taking way too many units at school. I was working like three part-time jobs.I was dating someone that was not a healthy relationship and I was trying to keep up some kind of social life, so all these things led to a lot of anxiety for me.

I was doing also a lot of things that I didn't realize would make my anxiety worse at this time, so I was drinking a lot of coffee. I was drinking a lot of alcohol. I was not exercising. I was not sleeping very much.

All of these things were terrible for anxiety. I was told that my aunt had gone to a doctor and had gotten some kind of pill or medication supposed to help with anxiety, and she suggested maybe I should go to the doctor and talk to him about what's going on, so I went to the doctor and I told him what was happening.

I live in California and I have a very holistic doctor and he doesn't really give out medication very willingly, and so he kind of gave me I need this.
This is what he told me: he told me that he wants me to do these certain things for two weeks and if I don't feel better in two weeks then ask to come back to him and he will give me some kind of pill for it.

The things he told me to do were to exercise cut down on the coffee, drink warm water, eat healthier. Basically just take better care of myself overall, and I totally thought this was some kind of messed up joke, and he was totally messing with me.

I was actually really mad that he told me these things because I just wanted something at this time. Obviously it was a completely different person then I just wanted something that was going to fix me and make me better right away.

I did not think that this was going to help but he would only give me that pill if I did these things for two weeks so I started drinking more water. I decided I'm going to cut way back on caffeine. I was drinking seriously probably six to ten shots of espresso every day. At this point I was going to Starbucks all the time. I was drinking coffee at all parts of the day like it was way intense.

I cut back to one cup of coffee a day. I started drinking more water. I started running and going to the gym. Yeah I just really tried to focus on taking better care of myself and trying to chill out a little bit. Obviously that was not very easy considering the way my life is going right.

Just drinking more water cutting back on coffee he told me to stop drinking coffee after 11 a.m. or noon and that really helped with my sleep. I'm drinking more water. It helped me feel better.

Eating healthy helped me feel way better. I stopped eating junk food. I stopped eating fast food and stopped eating processed food. All of these things made such a big difference and now that I have gone vegan it's actually been so much better. Like I feel so good right now.

I don't really have any problems with anxiety anymore. I'm so much better at managing it. I'm so much better at taking care of myself in a way that I know it prevent me from ever getting to that place again, because that was not an ideal, that was a terrible place to be and I do not ever want to be in a situation like that again.

If you have a from of anxiety, I really recommend trying to cut out caffeine.

I recommend drinking more water, getting some exercise, and possibly look into going vegan.

I'm not sure how many people know this but if you are eating animal products a lot of the time, animal products are injected. While the animals are injected with so many chemicals and so many hormone and mounting chemicals are injected with hormones so when you are eating animal products, you are actually ingesting those hormones that come from the animal.

Also when animals are killed, they are aware, like they're smart, they know that they're going to be killed and they're not treated very well and so when they are killed they're really stressed out.

Then they are killed and that stress and all of that stuff that  they have, and then when they die when you eat that you're in staying that state.

I mean it's if you're vegan you probably understand more what I'm saying, but if you have never eaten vegan you will not.

I think it could definitely help anxiety because I helped me a lot. When you're eating vegan you're not ingesting these hormones from animal products and so when I turned vegan I instantly felt better and it was really  surprising to me actually: how much more calm and tranquil I feel just from being vegan.

It's really crazy and I still eat, like I don't. I definitely don't need a perfect diet. I still eat you know like bagels. I eat bread a lot, I like I just I could eat a lot better but just being vegan has helped me a ton.
