Proven Method to Overcome Panic Attack
Proven Method to Overcome Panic Attack. Works well with Full-Blown Panic Attack.
Hey guys I just wanted to give you a quick tip on how to stop a panic attack.
The only reason I'm making this is because it took me a lot of searching to find this method.
I had my first panic attack when I was 18 years old and I'm now 35, so it took me very long time to find it. But once you start to have a panic attack you know how it is.
You get in the back of your mind you start to feel it. You say oh no you know here it's coming. I feel it. I know it's on its way and what a full blown panic attack is when you feel like you're dying.
It took me so long to find out that what that is . It is very simple. It's hyperventilating. It's taking in too much air too fast. When you start to breathe really deep and really fast and you feel like you can't breathe. You say oh my god I'm dying. Your heart's beating so hard and so fast that you feel it in your whole body. You feel tingles all over your whole body, and the hair on the back your neck stands up. The inside of your legs are freezing, and your feet are freezing.
Your hands are sweaty and you just feel everything is all shot out. You feel very shot out that's because you're giving your body way more oxygen than it requires. You're doing that because you're panicking, and you feel like you can't breathe so you're breathing deep and really fast.
You're taking way too much oxygen.
After searching probably hundreds of videos or definitely not probably hundreds of videos on panic attacks, I found a way out to stop one. You might already know about it but the only reason that I'm making this video is because it was so hard for me to find something that actually worked.
When I finally did found it. I find this after a long period of time, it worked wonders, so once you get to that point and then a panic attack come, you know how your mind is. It's going like 8 million miles an hour. It's way over there somewhere.
I've had them so bad, people could ask me my name. Say what's your name and I'd be like I don't know. You know it gets that bad. You don't know your name. You don't know where you live. You don't know nothing because your brain is just totally 6 million miles an hour.
The first time I did it, it was hard to kind of bring my mind back enough to focus and to say ok this is what I have to do to stop this. To direct myself the first time it took a minute to do. Anyway what you do is you want to slow down your breathing.
That's it's easier said than done.
When you're having a panic attack, you can't just say okay slow down your breathing because you won't.
It'll never happen, so you have to force yourself to take in less air and more slowly. What you do it's going to be hard. The trick is to close both nostrils and you take in oxygen through one side right and then after you take in all that air you purse your lips tight, so that you release the air slowly like that.
I'm going to use one but she's supposed to alternate you go so what that does is. It gets you to take an air not so deep and so shallow because when you're having a panic attack and you're hyperventilating you're taking in like three gallons of air in a half a second and blowing it out immediately.
Doing that just like that boom, you're taking in enough oxygen for eight people at one time. That's why your body starts to feel all these things. That's why your brain starts to go holy.
What's going on you, feel tingling everywhere. You're sweating here. You're freezing on the bottom of your feet. All this is on. Fire burning for some reason. Your body does a lot of weird things because it's not made to handle that much oxygen and that's why your heart is beating so hard and so fast.
It is because it's way too much air so that's all you have to do, I've done it like I said probably 20 times. It worked every single time. One time I had the phone in my hand with 911, so I could push send if I couldn't get it to stop. But I got it to stop. I never had never had to call the ambulance.
It's embarrassing thing especially. As a grown man anxiety is a very embarrassing thing. As a grown man it is. You can't explain it. You can't tell people what happens because you don't know. It just does. It just happens and you can't do anything about it.
It's just who you are and it sucks man. It sucks bro but that's how you stop it. I promise you it will work because I'm a person that has tried many different things over the last 17 years that did not work.
That one works every single time. As I said the first time it'll be hard to kind of bring your mind back to focus: this is what I have to do to make this stop.
After that first time it's not hard it's not hard. As soon as you get that breathing down within within 30 seconds you can have that panic attack gone 30 seconds. you still be a little shaken up but the panic attack, the hyperventilating it's gone. It's over.
To the people on my channel I have a video game channel. Actually I played video games. Sorry for the weird video I just wanted to make this video for people because it was so hard for me to find this solution.
So hard to the very long time and it works wonders and there's so many people out there with the same problem and panic attacks. It's a horrible thing. It's the same feeling you get when you're dying.
It's the same adrenaline release as a fear of death so it's a bad thing to deal with. I hope this helps you guys. Give it a try if you ever feel it coming on.
Even if you aren't full-blown panic attack and you're not hyperventilating but if you feel it coming do it. Because when you slow your breathing down, you slow your thinking down. When you slow your thinking down, you slow everything down.
You slow your whole body down and that's the whole goal. It is to slow down your thinking, your breathing, your body, your muscle tension, everything.
If you ever feel coming on. Get to a bathroom. As I said especially if your man it's embarrassing so just get somewhere and do it.
It works man I hope this helps you guys to overcome your panic attack.
